boasts of cherries, grapes, olives, strawberries, apples, apricots,
nectarines, plums and hydroponic herbs to name a few.
Cromwell is the Hub of
Central Otago. Numerous wineries and vineyards are within 5-10
minutes drive, as is The Big Picture which features an
interactive film with wine-tasting, an aroma room and a restaurant with
superb Mediterranean style menu. About an hours drive away are
Queenstown and Wanaka and no less than five world-class
skifields.
